Vegan Chocolate Fudge



Chocolate for me is like a vaccine against bad moods! And apparently there is some scientific reasoning behind it. Eating cacao helps to release a neurochemical aka happy hormone, called dopamine in our brain. And the only way to find out if that’s true is…Love, Sego



1 cup dark chocolate
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp date syrup
Pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp of toasted almond nuts (once toasted, chop them coarsely)




1. Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds then take the bowl out and give it a stir. Place the bowl back in the microwave and repeat the process of cooking for 30 seconds, stopping, stirring and returning to the microwave until the chocolate has melted.
2. In a bowl, add melted chocolate and the rest of the ingredients, stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into a parchment-paper lined loaf pan. Freeze until firm. It should be ready to devour in 1 hour.
