Peanut Butter, Banana Cups

Hello hello. I finally put the recipe for these Peanut Butter, Banana Cups on the blog! These are the tastiest lil treats, super easy to make and not too sweet: each bite a soft, chewy, spicy and woody flavour with with a slight citrus note from the cinnamon. Gluten-free, vegan too! Ingredients
2 cups melted dark chocolate
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
1 banana sliced into small even disks
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup finely chopped roasted peanut

Method
1. Add the vanilla essence and cinnamon to the melted chocolate, stir well.
2. Spoon some of the chocolate/vanilla mix in small silicone round moulds and using a silicone brush up to cover the bottom and all the way up to the sides.
3. Place the moulds in the freezer until the chocolate has set. Approximately 5, 10 minutes.
4. Then, add in a banana slice, top with 1 tsp of peanut butter for each chocolate mould then add some chopped roast peanuts and cover the moulds completely with remaining melted chocolate. Freeze that for 15-20 minutes.
5.Your taste buds will backflip every time you catch sight of them!
