How can a single person do so many things and still mange to stay balanced? We asked this busy mama and entrepreneur to tell us a bit more about herself and get the inside scoop on her wellness routine. Here is what she told us:

What was the inspiration behind writing two No1 Best selling Self Help books

I was experiencing massive growth in my life, doing a lot of personal development work as well as upleveling every part of my life and business and I wanted to share that with the world. I knew what had helped me could help a lot of others too.

What is your self-care philosophy?

I put myself first, always. Before my work, before my clients, my husband, friends, family and even my daughter. Because I know if I prioritise myself and fill my own cup first, I have so much more to give.

Take us through an average day in the life, the first thing you do in the morning through to the last thing you do at night.

I get up relatively early, usually around 5:30/6 and usually make coffee and do some journaling, visualising, sometimes I’ll go to the gym. I walk my daughter to school, and I often won’t touch my phone or laptop until after I get home to keep myself clear and focused. I spend 9:30-2:30pm doing coaching calls, trainings, videos and meetings then I try to keep my afternoon & evening clear for family and friends.

What does your perfect day in Auckland look like?

Sunshine! Being able to go for long walks, read my book, get to the beach and my favorite cafe for a coffee. If I’m not in Auckland you’ll almost always find me in warm sunny places.

Where are your three favorite destinations to travel to alone/with family/friends?

Do you have any trips planned? Bali & LA are two of my favorite places I go to often. Burning Man in the Nevada desert was a trip I did last year that we will be doing again this August, and we’ll likely go to Japan and Europe in the next year – but I love to travel and other trips come up all the time!

As a Mindset coach, what 3 tips to adopt a personal growth mindset could you share with our readers?

1. There is no growth in a comfort zone. You gotta keep pushing through the fear to get the life you really want.
2. You get to be it all, do it all and have it all. Refuse to settle for less
3. What you believe about yourself is exactly what you will manifest. Put more work into your mindset than anything else in your life, because your internal story is creating your external existence

What is your philosophy when it comes to food?

I eat whatever I like, mostly wholefoods.

What does health beauty and fitness mean to you?

It means FEELING really good. When you do what feels good to you you become so much more beautiful from the inside out. When you do the things you love, everything becomes more effortless. Pleasure, not punishment!

Biggest vice(s)?

Burgers and pizza. I eat them unashamedly, often

Something you can’t live without?

My Kindle. I’m a reading addict!

What is next for you?

I’m writing my next book, so that should be out later this year!
