Brown Mushrooms Boiled in Tamari Sauce

Hi there! New recipe! Brown Mushrooms Boiled in Tamari Sauce with stunning flowers from the garden, cooked in Asian style. I absolutely love the chewy, meaty protein texture of mushrooms. This dish is savoury with a crisp crunchy bite, , and here it’s stir-fried in a spicy-sweet sauce, with chilly, garlic, ginger, tamari and served with steamed rice (not on the pic).
