Brown Mushrooms Boiled in Tamari Sauce

Brown Mushrooms Boiled in Tamari Sauce

Hi there! New recipe! Brown Mushrooms Boiled in Tamari Sauce with stunning flowers from the garden, cooked in Asian style. I absolutely love the chewy, meaty protein texture of mushrooms. This dish is savoury with a crisp crunchy bite, , and here it’s stir-fried in a spicy-sweet sauce, with chilly, garlic, ginger, tamari and served with steamed rice (not on the pic). Check it out below:<3 <3 <3 Hit reply, I'd love to hear from you.

4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3-3 brown or shiitake mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
